London - Recruitment Consultant, niche US DeskPermanent People are working with an established recruitment business, who concentrate on a very niche sector in the US market.They are looking to hire a recruitment consultant with 1-2 years experience, to build their London office around.Experience needed

  • You will have 1-2 years recruitment experience
  • This will be from a niche perm sector, such as Engineering, White Collar Construction, Renewable Energy, IT, Finance etc...
  • Ambitious, Hard Working and Money Motivated
  • Can-do attitude
  • Ability to take responsibility
  • Wants rapid career progression
    • More about the positionYou will work with an experienced management team, who will support you in building their London office.There will be a concentration on a niche recruitment sector, where business development and headhunting will be key.As the desk focuses on the US market, you will work US hours of 12pm-11pmThe key to success in this role is attitude, and putting the work in to grow the London office.Once established, a Team will be hired underneath you, and you will have the opportunity to lead the office.This is very lucrative sector, and each placement will be worth £2,000-£4,000 in commission to you.If you think this recruitment consultant role sounds great to you, get in touch with Paul Reid for more details.
