Recruitment Consultant - Graduate or Trainee£24,000 / Up to £35,000 OTE first year earningsLondonPhaidon International is a specialist global Recruitment business that focuses on placing rare to find talent into clients that range from start ups to FTSE 100 companies.This year Phaidon International have performed excellently in what has been a challenging time for us all, growing to over 1000 staff across our 12 offices globally, and promoting a record number of staff from entry level to Principal Consultants and evenmanagers within 12-18 months.Phaidon International is now looking to add to our London team for January 2022 and seeking either 2021 graduates or individuals in the early stages of their sales careers looking for a change. As this is a sales position, we are looking for candidates whoare goal driven, resilient and solution focused.Role of a Recruitment Consultant:As a recruitment Consultant, youll be approaching hiring managers of companies we havent worked with before and persuading or influencing them to give us their job vacancies.Once we have a vacancy, we then approach candidates who may or may not be looking for a new role, and persuade them we have a position thats better than the one they are already in. Then marry the two together and present our candidate to the client andmanage the interview process to hopefully an offer.We only place senior level candidates so Director level or above, people who earn £100K a year or more so we typically must headhunt them.What we offer a Recruitment Consultant:
