Founded in 2012, this business find themselves at the top of the top and dominating the market and are now the most renowned recruitment consultancy firm in their space.Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant - Start-date: ASAPEntry-Level Recruitment Consultant - Salary: 24kEntry-Level Recruitment Consultant - OTE: Year 1 = 45k+, Year 2 = 65k+, Year 3 = 85k+Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant - Responsibilities: - Create attractive adverts- Map the market, research your space- Review CVs, shortlist candidates based on suitability- Put suitable candidates forward to clients- Liaise with client and candidate throughout the process- Manage your candidates diary, create, and maintain relationships with clients and candidates- Successfully place candidates with clients/ manage feedbackEntry-Level Recruitment Consultant - Required from YOU: - 2.1 or above from a top university- Strong work experience, proving a financial drive and ability for hard work- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Independence and motivation to succeed- Target-orientated, competitive, and resilient- The right to work in the UKEntry-Level Recruitment Consultant - Incentives:- Having commission on top of your base salary leaves you with complete financial control, meaning that your earning is limitless and dependent on your efforts- Progression is target-based.
