Job Description

JasperRose are specialists at recruiting Accountants at all levels within the Retail, Online, Property, Luxury & Lifestyle sectors across the UK. We work with top brands including Burberry, Chanel, Bleecker Burger, Gymbox and Sony PlayStation just to name a few.We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Associate to join our fast-expanding business in our beautiful office located near Covent Garden.This is an ideal position for someone with 1-4 years’ experience, recruiting within the Accountancy & Finance space. You will be given full training on all aspects of our industry and business with a learning and development plan, as well as a mentor to help you on your journey to become one of our brand ambassador.Responsibilities:

  • Developing market knowledge within our sector in order to build new business relationships
  • Building long term relationships with Accountants, advising them on their future career move and proactively generating new opportunities for them
  • Effectively account managing client relationships with a view to building long-term partnerships
  • Advising clients on the structure within finance, the level they should be hiring as well as managing expectations in line with market conditions
  • Negotiating terms with new clients
  • Utilising effective candidate attraction methods to build a strong pipeline of candidates, this includes writing job adverts through to attending networking events with Accountants
