Recruitment ConsultantLambeth, LondonFull time4 month contract£22 / hourKey duties and responsibilities- Managing and delivering recruitment improvement projects undertaken by Childrens Social Care such as agency absorption sessions, development of campaign assets and managing events. Ensuring projects are delivered within timescale, to budget and the requisitequality, with robust outcome and benefit monitoring.- Strategic reporting to Childrens Social Care governance on recruitment progress, risks and issues - Delivering against initiatives and activities set out in the Childrens Services Workforce Development Strategy and Programme Plan, taking ownership for priorities which sit within the recruitment programme goal- Delivering recruitment process improvements for candidate and applicant user experience- Oversight for the end-to-end recruitment process in Childrens Social Care ensuring timely advert setup and release, robust shortlisting and interview processes, and proactive onboarding - Primary point of contact for all Childrens Social Care related HR recruitment enquiries- Supporting communication with onboarding candidates, chasing references, undertaking timely DBS requests, medical screenings, fraud checks - chasing hiring manager as required and escalating - Monitoring and maintaining CSC recruitment data and performance- Effective communication and stakeholder management with managers, candidates and partners/suppliersDBS REQUIRED
