Our in-house transactional service aims to provide evidence-based, creative recruitment solutions thatare efficient and customer-focussed. With responsibility for attracting and selecting the very best candidates, and using data to inform continuous improvement, you will demonstrate confidence, professionalism and innovative problem-solving skills.In collaborationwith the Team Manager, you will manage the expectations of our customers and ensure their experience is first class. You will take the lead in dealing with queries from recruiting managers and candidates, by phone and e-mail; therefore you will need to bean effective communicator and influencer, with the ability to have challenging conversations when required to ensure successful outcomes.To succeed in the role, you will have previous experience working in a fast-paced transactional environment, ideally withina recruitment team that delivers on high-volume and specialist roles. You will also demonstrate an understanding of employment legislation. With a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service, youll have the ability to mentor and support team members,role modelling best practice behaviours. Above all you will share and promote our service values.This is a fast-paced, vibrant and dynamic department where you can make a real difference, and we are committed to your individual success through ongoing 1:1support and continuous development.We can offer great flexible working options for this role; as we have invested heavily in various technologies to support ongoing remote working options.
