Job Description

Recruitment Administrator - Pre-Employment Screening / Referencing - London, up to £27kOur recruitment client has a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator, with 2 years+ experience, to join them immediately in the role of Pre-Employment Screening (Recruitment) Administrator.Joining a fabulous City based company this is a great opportunity to work for a successful organisation, in a predominantly remote working role!The ideal candidate will be highly organised, methodical and meticulous with excellent attention to detail. You will be pro-active and motivated and will possess a confident, professional manner that allows you to communicate efficiently with people at alllevels.Key responsibilities as the Pre-Employment Screening (Recruitment) Administrator will include:

  • All aspects of referencing checking including obtaining employment / academic references and background checks using external companies such as Experian, Verifle and DBS
  • Ensuring that all appropriate screening documentation and checks (reference requests, credit checks, criminal record checks etc) are completed accurately
  • Handling and managing confidential documents and files
  • Running reports, scanning and filing documentation, answering the telephone and liaising with clients and candidates
  • Updating and maintaining databases and in-house systems
  • Providing references as requested

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role (ideally 2 years+)
  • Experience in a recruitment, executive search or HR environment is highly desired
