(Year 2: 55k+, Year 3: 75k+ etc.,)The Benefits (Role: Recruitment Consultant)- Unrivalled Commission Structure - Up to 40%- Internal and external training for each new started with a clear and tailored career progression structure- Lunch clubs to Michelin Star Restaurants- Collaborative and supportive working environment- Weekly nights out, Monthly socials, Annual Christmas do- Annual holiday target (Ibiza 2019)- 22 holiday days + your birthday offThe Responsibilities (Role: Recruitment Consultant)Client Side: - Map the market to identify potential clients to bring on board.- Approach these companies through your network, cold-calling etc.,- Pitch the company services to these businesses in attempt to win them as clients- Agree and sign terms with the new client- Take a very specific job role brief identifying all of the clients needs for a prospective hire so that the relevant information is obtained in order to fill the role.Candidate Side:- Source appropriate candidates that match the job brief through methods such as headhunting, advertising, networking and the use of database.- Thoroughly screen each candidate to produce a shortlist of candidates to put forward to the client.- Manage the process between client and candidate. Prepare candidates before each interview, take feedback from both parties and manage diaries.- Successfully fill the position and obtain a fee from the client.The Company (Role: Recruitment Consultant)The company are a fintech recruitment business based in Liverpool street in central London.
