Job Description

As they are going through an enormously successful time, they are growing significantly, and therefore need a proactive recruiter (in house or agency) to join them.The Role

  • Collaborate with the Hiring Managers to define the recruitment strategies
  • Manage and Launch all new roles
  • Use job boards, post adverts, use LinkedIN, Stack Overflow and Alumni Portals and in short, use your imagination to secure new talent.
  • Manage the ATS and coordinate all the steps of the hiring process;
  • Build dashboards, analyse hiring KPIs and trends and make recommendations on how best to focus Talent Acquisition efforts whilst driving process improvements;
  • Ensure the tightness and effectiveness of the hiring process;
  • Engage in events and employer branding projects.
The Candidate
  • At least 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition role
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to quickly understand business needs and identify potential candidates with the appropriate experience for the roles
  • Ambition, commitment, and willingness to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Team player
  • Fluent in English
