Soho based Crypto currency company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist. An immediate starter needed and it will temp-to-perm for 6 weeks!On a day to day basis candidates will:* Answering incoming calls* logging guests onto the main building reception database) * Greet visitors on arrival (as first point of contact)* Taking visitors through to meeting rooms* Sorting the Post before distribution throughout the office* Booking Couriers/Cabs - keeping records* Updating a report on daily basis* Updating Contacts Database (daily) * Updating telephone & contact lists* Booking international travel for Directors * Assisting with external and internal events* Liaising closely with our catering teamIdeal candidates must have a minimum of working 1-2 years on a busy reception desk within a corporate environment.
