Based on the success of our award winning first home in Chelsea, Loveday is expanding across London with both additional properties and innovative new services for seniors.JOB PURPOSETo provide first class service to our Members, their families, guests and all visitors to Loveday Chelsea Court Place. To achieve this by learning, adopting and maintaining the Loveday Way of delivering outstanding levels of service in hospitality and frontof house operations.SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete the Loveday training programme and personal development plan.
  • To meet and greet all visitors on arrival and make sure that they are signed into the home.
  • To take any hats, coats and umbrellas, offer seating and a complimentary refreshment.
  • Respond to queries and direct clients as required, referring to management as necessary.
  • Answer incoming calls within three rings and redirect or take messages as necessary.
  • Receive, sort and distribute all mail and deliveries.
  • Monitor guests/clients via the CCTV and door entry call system ensuring they gain entrance and can exit the building as required.
  • Ensure reception area is always immaculate.
  • Support the kitchen team to deliver first class Loveday dining experiences.
  • Prepare mise-en-place and make sure all cutlery, plates and glassware are polished.
  • Set up tables according to the Loveday & Co Dining Standards
  • Follow the service steps for each meal service.
  • Ensure that all fridges and snack areas are always fully stocked.
  • Recognise regular visitors and interact warmly with families.
  • Daily petty cash reconciliation and end of day reporting on Front of House Operations.
  • Create and process regular stationary order, monitor stock levels & distribution of stock.
  • Submit weekly orders for all non-medical consumables (stock requests provided by Senior Care Assistant, Housekeeper, Maintenance person and Head/Sous chef for their respective departments).
  • Maintain stock of Nespresso coffee pods through the Nespresso Professional portal.
  • Order, distribute and inform accounts of all member toiletries provided monthly.
  • Check the cleanliness in common areas and guest bathrooms throughout the day and liaise with housekeeping team to ensure all areas are always immaculate.
  • Provide ad hoc administration support as required by the management.
