One of my top clients are looking for an effervescent, energetic, enthusiastic and engaging Front of House assistant/Receptionist for their fun and friendly London office!Salary between £20-24,000For an idea of the duties involved, please see below:To meet and greet clients, members of the public, dignitaries, the rich and famous, visitors and couriers and just about anyone who walks through the door in a professional manner.Handle all telephone enquiries at main switchboard promptly, courteously, and efficiently and re-direct calls appropriately by establishing the nature of the call.Manage telephone messages from clients and pass to relevant employees.To book boardrooms and maintain the boardroom diary including liaising with client services when meeting rooms are free. Liaise with facilities when non-standard room layouts are needed, and IT equipment needed for meetings or events.Make a note of all visitors and courier deliveries e-mail facilities when they arrive.Ensure reception is locked up of an evening and checklist is followed.Order and prepare lunches for meetings when required.Clear and clean rooms at completion of meetings.Ensure kitchens are stocked up.Ensure stationery is stocked up in meeting rooms when required.Report any maintenance issues to facilities.Ensuring the reception area and meeting room is presentable at all times.I am keen to hear from anyone from either a customer services, waitressing or airline steward background who would like to transfer their skills to the professional services environment and not be too taken aback by their high-profile clients!If your experience is a good match for the duties above, please do get in touch.
