Job Description

Established in 1977 we are a private Ultrasound Clinic providing a comprehensive and reliable service in obstetric and gynaecological scanning.Our highly trained team of Fetal Medicine Specialists, Consultants and Sonographers are widely regarded as some of the very best in the ultrasound profession.We are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to work within our Harley Street Clinic.Requirements

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience and competency working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with patient management systems/database
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent social skills
Responsibilities
  • Management of patient diary bookings
  • Taking and recording telephone enquiries and bookings
  • Meeting and greeting clients as the first point of contact.
  • Liaising with referrers and other agencies
  • Liaising with the the practice manager and partners
  • Collecting fees
  • Organising Insurance payments/liaising with insurance companies and the accounts management team
  • Ensuring that the clinic and reception area is kept tidy
