Job Description

Summary£26,950 up to £36,300 *per annum - This isn’t about having big plans. This is about making them happen.We have an exciting opportunity for a pleasant, proactive, confident and self-motivated Receptionist to join our Facilities Management Team on a 12 Month FTC.The role will require managing the reception desk in the Head Office Monday to Friday (40hrs within our core hours of 8-6) based in our Head Office in Tolworth.This is an ideal role for a positive, exceptionally organised and dedicated receptionist who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will take pride in representing the business and maintaining the efficiency of this central function ensuring thebusiness operations runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible supporting the office of 850+ people.What youll do

  • Managing the reception desk, greeting visitors and notifying the appropriate stakeholder of their arrival
  • Managing internal and external queries via telephone, email and in person
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Maintain and manage meeting rooms
  • Responsible for maintaining office security
  • Ensuring compliance of health and safety processes
  • Organise, manage and monitor repairs with in-house maintenance team
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for business planning
  • Responsible for raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Ad-hoc responsibility and general office management of facilities
What youll need
  • Proven receptionist/secretarial/admin experience is essential
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently
  • A strong multitasker who has the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines & varied workload
  • Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Fast and flawless typing skills
  • Great numeracy and a real eye for detail
  • Outstanding organisation and confidence communicating at all levels
  • German language and or additional languages are desirable but not essential
