Role OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and organised individual to join our team.The role involves carrying out all receptionist duties, from welcoming clients, customers and contractors into the office warmly, handling all incoming calls, keeping the office well equipped, organised and presentable and helping both teams with any administrativeduties they may need assistance with.Team OverviewThe successful candidate will join a fast paced and friendly team, made up of 13, including 2 Heads of Department, Sales and Lettings Negotiators, Sales Coordinator and Lettings Coordinator.Key Responsibilities of the RoleDealing with all incoming calls and transferring as appropriateWelcoming all visitors of the office and offering refreshmentsKeeping cupboards in order an up to dateProcessing all office invoicesKeeping reception area tidy and in orderResponsible for postEnsuring dishwasher is loaded at the end of the dayLocking up key cupboards and basement doorBooking boardroomManagement of keys for lettings and salesKeeping office compliant with health and safety and sustainability, including office auditsBooking couriers when requiredOrdering business cards and comp slips when requiredCertification of ID, Proof of Address and right to rent checksEnsuring outside of the office is presentable, glass box kept clear of debrisOrganising office Christmas partyCreating and ordering sold/let flyers once a property has completed or successfully letOrdering window cards for sales and lettings when a new property is launchedRunning the office Instagram accountWorking alongside the marketing team with new marketing materialSkills, Knowledge and ExperienceExcellent ability to prioritise and organiseGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent attention to detailTeam playerAbility to cope with routine tasksDependableteam can rely on the job holder to produce work to deadlinesEfficient time managementEnthusiastic to do a good jobExcellent IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etcHealth & Safety Knowledge (training will be provided)An interest in property and knowledge of the area would be desirableAssessment applicants can expect during selection2/3 Stage interviewPersonality ProfileSkills Test
