Job Description

Reception with PA duties to the CEOOur client is a unique organisation related to the world of film and media.They are looking for an experienced receptionist to join them, meeting and greeting guests and visitors to their office in the heart of Soho. You will also operate the switchboard, deal with the post, order internal lunches, book the meeting rooms, updatethe database and generally assist the facilities team with some administration.As well as being the heart of FOH you will also assist the CEO with PA duties.The CEO needs assistance with arranging meetings, booking and setting up the meeting rooms, arranging travel, accommodation, and some diary management. You will also be dealing with other remote board members and scheduling meetings.If you are looking for a varied role, like to be kept busy and be in the heart of the office this could be the perfect role for you.The hours are 9/6 and location is Tottenham Court Road/Soho.Salary - £29,000 to £30,000
