We are recruiting for a listed real estate investor and developer. Based in London, they are seeking an Real Estate / Business Analyst to:- Oversight of the detailed analysis on all new investment transactions across a commercial portolio across the UKDesign and deliver a wide range of portfolio analytics on real estate portfolio performance and trends- Prepare reports on portfolio metrics, leasing, voids and occupancy rates- Take ownership of asset level analysis, cash flow modelling and financial appraisals- Annual business planning including co-ordination with Asset Managers and Development teams - Driving the financial analysis and modelling- Present reportsYou should be skilled in: - Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer including finance modelling- Excel and a good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint is importantYou should have:
