If 2024 is the year that you look to make the leap to Dubai, to further your already successful sales career, then this is the role youve been looking for!We are looking to build on our ongoing success and capitalise on the continued property boom in the region, by hiring proactive Estate Agents to be part of our amazing team with a commission structure up to 70%. Our management and sales team have extensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, ensuring the highest level of customer service and expert advice. We are hiring in both of our off plan and secondary salesteams.Your Role will be:> Scouts and identifies clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking> Negotiates between buyers and sellers Advises clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, etc.> Prepares and presents property proposals to convince clients and secure a deal> Monitors the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for lease and sale> Carries out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective tenants> Conducts research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin> Consistent up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai Land Department law Evaluates the objectives and the budget of an investor to identify their needs and requirements> Conducts surveys to obtain data which provides information regarding profitable property investments.To join our team, you must have:> 1+ years of Dubai Real Estate experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.> Successful previous experience as a Property Sales Consultant/Advisor, consistently meeting or exceeding targets > Expert knowledge with rules and regulations or real estate industry.> Highly motivated, proactive, self-driven and task oriented> Strong communication in sales and negotiation skills> Team player> Self-driven individual with a positive attitudeAs is standard with Dubai and UAE Real Estate roles, this is a commission based package.
