REFERENCE:10938 /39D We are working with the Real Assets Investment team of a fast-growing, multi-asset institutional investment firm based in London, which focuses on long-term, risk adjusted growth of assets under advisory. With allocations across publicequities, credit, absolute return, private markets and real estate, across global markets, this is a great opportunity to join a highly professional and successful platform. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the performance of thereal assets portfolio. You will be involved in all deal activities from sourcing and analysing potential opportunities, to presenting to the IC and then executing and monitoring investments. RESPONSIBILITIES: To play a key role in the origination / sourcing, execution, monitoring and realisation of investments To create andmaintain all financial models for forecasting and performance measurements To perform accurate due diligence assessments and prepare investment memos for prospective investments To provide regular reports to clients with information on investment transactionsand performance To assist with the analysis of individual asset management initiatives as well as have a deep understanding of the existing portfolio and prepare recommendations accordingly. To contribute to all investment and strategy discussions for allexisting and prospective investments YOUR PROFILE: Relevant experience in executing real asset investments; with good process management and negotiation skills Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail A good university degree and a strongacademic background in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent Fluent in written and spoken English with strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent numeracy skills and a high attention to detail Advanced capability with Word, PowerPoint,Excel, Argus Enterprise and Power BI is a prerequisite
