Prospero Teaching have just come into a very exciting opportunity that does not come often.We are looking for an RE/RSE/PSHE Teacher to start in a role in South East London as soon as possible. This position is a mixture of teaching religious education, relationships and sex education and Health & Social care.To lead our flourishing RE/PSHE programme to teach up to KS4, from Easter 2022. The successful candidate will lead on the planning and implementation of the whole school personal development programme and be responsible for the delivery of RSE, ensuringstatutory guidelines are met. They will also be the sole teacher of RE, will also teach some PSHE, and will lead a small team of non-specialists for PSHE. In addition, an ability to offer science teaching experience would be an advantage.Specific Responsibilities* Plan and deliver good/outstanding lessons for all abilities;* Monitor progress of the students in your classes and be prepared to provide evidence of both impact and progress;* Liaise with the SEN department to ensure appropriate support is given to all students;* Be willing to share teaching strategies and resources and deliver CPD within the department/School;* Contribute towards the wider School community;* Be a Tutor and play an active role in House-based tutor activities;* Participate in the staff performance management and appraisal process;* Participate in, and where appropriate, contribute to the School programme of Continuing Professional DevelopmentWe are looking for a qualified teacher and they are looking to interview as soon as possibleThe school is very flexible should they find the correct personThey are looking to give someone a long term/permanent position from Easter depending on the candidates needs.QualificationsQTS/PGCEExperience teaching either RE or Health & Social CareFor a more urgent response please contact
