Im currently recruiting for a Rates E-Trading Business Analyst for a global banking group, This person will need to have experience in Ion Trading or Broadway. They need to come from a technical background and be comfortable liaising with developers.Candidates should have:* Youll support the Team Product Owner (PO) to understand business problems, critically evaluating business ideas from a customer and a commercial point of view.* Able to influence key partners at a senior manager level to build positive relationships.* Extensive prior experience as a Rates Business Analyst and core associated tasks.* A good awareness of approaches to rates pricing, curve building and risk measures* Knowledge of Rates products, ION trading platform and experience of the full product/trade lifecycle* Experience of Fintech vendor selection and on-boarding* Support user acceptance testing related activities.* Extensive prior experience as a Rates Business Analyst and core associated tasks.* Organizational awareness, building and improving strong partner relationships.* Excellent communication, people management, influencing and presentation skills in a clear, concise mannerMcGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
