Job Description

Your mission is to improve business opportunities and lead sales campaigns for SaaS and sophisticateddeals. You will be accountable for influencing, managing, and driving the strategy of a defined area of the business, or for the development of policy in your area of expertise.We believe in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Our team setup encourages cross-functional cooperation and the sharing of insights to drive success. We value individuals who possess a solid understanding of the Rail business, includingthe needs of customers and how the market is responding, changing, and developing in their field of expertise.What youll be doing:

  • Take part in the development and execution of the Sector strategy to meet set objectives.
  • Plan and implement the development of assigned prospects.
  • Make sure that all stages of the sales cycle are undertaken effectively to achieve the results required, adhering to our organisations selling methodology.
  • Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts for new business.
  • Develop and manage customer relationships optimally.
  • Collaborate with and gain the partnership and commitment of key individuals in different units or subject areas to achieve assigned targets and objectives.
  • Provide valuable market intelligence to our business, including insights on customers, marketplace dynamics, industry trends, competition, and technology.
  • Acquire and maintain a thorough working knowledge of our businesss services and an understanding of their applications.
  • Support in the development of individual sales/territory plans in line with the overall sales and marketing plan.
  • Identify and manage risk in your business activities and take ownership for reporting risks in a timely, open, and appropriate manner.
  • Define, develop, and construct value propositions and proposals to satisfy customer and company objectives.
What you’ll bring:
  • Experience in a Sales Management or Business Development role in the Rail Sector.
