Job Description

A Big4 accountancy practice is seeking a highly motivated and skilled R&D Tax Manager to join their team in London. As the R&D Tax Assistant Manager /Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring that they receive maximumbenefit from R&D tax credits. You will work closely with the clients to identify qualifying R&D activities, prepare technical reports, and liaise with HMRC to ensure successful claims.Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients in London, ensuring that they receive maximum benefit from R&D tax credits
  • Work closely with clients to identify qualifying R&D activities, prepare technical reports, and liaise with HMRC to ensure successful claims
  • Conduct technical interviews with clients to identify qualifying R&D activities and gather technical data to support claims
  • Work closely with the tax team to ensure that claims are prepared and submitted in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of R&D tax credit legislation and industry developments, ensuring that clients in London are kept informed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that they receive high-quality service and support
  • Manage the delivery of R&D tax credit projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
