Quantity SurveyorLancashire£40,000 - £50,000 + Company Vehicle + Company Events + Health & Wellbeing ProgrammeAre you an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is looking for an incredible new career move that offers job security and a fast-paced, but supportive work atmosphere The company is a well-established plumbing and heating provider based in the North West andhas been experiencing a massive influx of growth lately and needs to find the right people to help them facilitate further expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the costs of various projects across the company to ensure that theyare in line with their predetermined budgets. You will also be tasked with producing budgets for upcoming projects which will be determined by your ability to negotiate with suppliers, liaise with other departments and identify cost-saving strategies. Theideal candidate is someone who has experience as a Quantity Surveyor and either Bachelors Degree or a HNC/ HND in a relevant discipline such as Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar. It is key that you are also a confidentnegotiator as your negotiation skills will likely have an impact on the companys overall financial performance.
