12 Months Fixed Term Contract / Secondment opportunityHackney Council is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the Building Maintenance and Estate Environment Service.With a significant work volume planned over the next five years, we need the best possible quantity surveyors to help drive and manage our delivery of an array of different work-streams. Multi-disciplined and multi-faceted delivery through several contractorswarrants, with exceptional Quantity Surveyors that really do know their way around both contract administration and financial management. Continued delivery and contractor cash flow is key to our success, join us and be part of our success.You will bring extensive experience of building design or maintenance projects and programmes, procurement including the patterning process, management and contract administration are key requirements for this role.
