Location (Remote) Compensation - highly competitive A fintech focused family office is building a cryptocurrency trading desk. The desk is very well capitalised and will focus on the whole spectrum of cryptocurrency investing. They are looking for individuals from any asset class who have experience in a quantitative / systematic environment who want to be part of an exciting opportunity within the crypto industry. The individual will have a lot of flexibility and autonomy to generate PnL Responsibilities Build and develop a diversified systematic cyrpto portfolio Research, develop and implement systematic trading ideas Lead the design of monitors / signals / limits Ensure optimal execution of trading strategies Develops/co-develops trading algos Helps develop risk management framework Required Trading / Portfolio Management experience in any asset class where quant/systematic techniques are used Disciplined and focused trading style Experience managing risk Experience working in a hedge fund, prop trading firm, investment bank or trading on own account Experience of systematic trading strategies and techniques Knowledge and experience working with trade execution algorithms Desired Experience or demonstrable interest Cryptocurrency including Defi Strong technical skills, Python/Java/C++
