Job Description

Quality Officer, RegistrySalary range: from £28,763 to £33,393 per annum (dependent on skills, experience and qualifications) Hours: 35 per week Contract type: PermanentWe are seeking a Quality Officer to support the Registry Team and to carry out an audit function across the University to ensure compliance.In this role, you will maintain the Quality Office inbox and intranet pages, ensuring queries are responded to in a timely manner and that the Registry intranet calendar is updated in terms of validation, auditing, accreditation events and other quality assurance events. You will produce academic reports, assist in any institutional audits and accreditation events and will organise Academic Regulations training sessions. You will also assist with updating and maintaining the files for institutional agreements and accreditation documents.To be successful, you will have a background of working within a busy, customer contact environment and an understanding of working within the HE sector. You will have excellent time management skills, able to perform tasks successfully whilst working within tight deadlines. You will also be able to write and produce clear and accurate reports and minutes by utilising your high standard of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will see you perform well in this role, as will your confidence and ability to work with staff at all levels (including senior management). You should also have a degree or a professional qualification.About us Regents University London is a private university right in the heart of Royal Regents Park.
