Job Description

Position: Quality Manager- High end bespoke metalworkJob type: Full time permanentCompany: My Client is one of the Leaders in Designing and Crafting Unique Sculptural Lighting, Furniture, and Artworks with Metal.Location: TottenhamSalary: £35,000 - £50,000Are you passionate about ensuring that every piece of art is crafted to perfection Do you thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment, driven by a commitment to excellence If so, we want you to be a key player in the artistic journey!Responsibilities:Overall Quality Management:

  • Take charge of the Management and Development of Quality Management Systems for all company operations.
  • Implement and maintain Quality Improvement systems in a manufacturing setting.
Production Quality Monitoring:
  • Monitor quality standards across production to ensure daily consistency of product quality.
  • Utilize LEAN principles and process improvement techniques to drive excellence on the shop floor.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with Production Management to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to instil a sense of excellence in every aspect of our artistic creations.
Performance Measurement and Improvement:
  • Maintain independence in measuring actual performance and driving improvements.
  • Implement attention to detail throughout the production process to uphold the highest calibre of our creations.
Customer Interaction:
  • Utilize customer-facing skills to understand and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Solid experience in implementing Quality Improvement systems within a manufacturing environment.
  • A passion for LEAN principles and process improvement in a shop floor setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Production Management and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
  • Proven customer-facing skills.
