* quality assurance* financial services* retail investment productsQuality Assurance Specialist (Croydon/London/Hybrid)RoleOur financial services client has a new permanent role for a Quality Assurance Specialist who will be responsible for the quality assurance framework within an exciting and growing area within the business.ResponsibilitiesPlaying a key role in advancing the QA framework, you will apply best practice ideas and work with technology providers to introduce automation and system solutions where possible.Reporting on monthly quality score and error rates to multiple senior management forums, drawing upon analysis and findings to recommend solutions.You will undertake periodic deep dive subject matter reviews as directed by the business to provide additional assurance into high risk areas.You will provide MI to various senior management forums covering operational oversight, control and governance matters.You will act upon the findings from your continuous quality monitoring to drive improvements in quality, business performance and act as an early warning to management for adverse trends in operational processing or indications of a deteriorating control environment.Prepare monthly QA MI trend analysis, findings and recommendations.Support operations consultants with queries on quality feedback and liaise with the Head of Operations triaging quality findings.Skills EssentialExperience working within a quality assurance team within a financial services background (ideally in the retail investment and savings space).A good understanding of retail investment products (stocks and shares ISA, self-invested personal pension).Demonstrable experience of change management, process improvement and system implementation & automation.Experience of working with telephony systems and appraising quality.Experience of working with back office processing systems and workflow management toolsExperience providing feedback, developing and upskilling individuals to improve performance and business outcomesStrong interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skillsWord, Excel, Powerpoint, OutlookDesirableIOC, CII, IMC or equivalent personal finance/pension administration/investment qualificationExperience with GBST Composer platformPlease email your CV to apply for this role.
