We provide our clients with high-calibre doctors in either locum or permanent positions that leave a positive impact on their trusts and private hospitals. Within our regional teams we specialise in placing doctors across A&E, Anaesthetics, Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics and Surgery.About the opportunityAre you an experienced recruitment professional in the Healthcare industryA brand new opportunity has become available. If you the track record of working in Healthcare Recruitment services, you could be great for this brand new opportunity.As the Quality Assurance Manager, your purpose is simple. Ensure the division is supported, educated and given guidance to perform best practice. In return your purpose will help drive quality and governance leadership within our brands.From improving standards, driving operation excellence and implementing new and improved ways of working. You will be the centre stage of driving quality to a successful and growing team.What will you be supporting with:

  • To provide the division with Quality and Governance to ensure compliance in line with contractual obligations
  • Signing off files ensuring Framework and NHSE standards are on file and fully compliant.
  • Support the team managers and consultants by offering them an advisory service. This will drive quality.
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Investigate all the incidents and complaints that are escalated to you. We use the DATIX system and this is where you record these incidents.
  • Identify improvements in all areas and the way it is delivered and recorded.

  • A proven track record within Healthcare Recruitment Services.
  • A track record of improving quality and assurance to Managers and consultants within the Healthcare Recruitment industry.
