Qualified Trade Mark AttorneyNewly Qualified - 3PQELondon - but other locations are considered across UKThis is an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Trade Mark Attorney 0-3 PQE to join one of the markets most established and successful firms. The firm is Tier 1 ranked, with high levels of growth and success and they are looking to continue this by making anumber of hires at a variety of levels.The firm operate with some of the most recognisable and largest brands across the globe, have a very agile working environment, prioritise strong work/life balance and employee welfare, and have a flexible hybrid working policy between home working and officeworking.You will have the opportunity to work on a number of different projects across both contentious and non-contentious matters, with very high proportion being with direct clients from small SMEs and start ups to multinational organisations. Your work will alsoinclude:* Handling a range of non-contentious matters such as Drafting, Filing, Pre-filing advice to clients, File Registrations, Prosecution, Searches* Get involved with contentious matters such as Oppositions, Cancellation Actions, Infringement, Anti-Counterfeiting* Lead Portfolio Management for a range of organisations at various levels of development and market presence* Lead client relationships and Business Development activities to develop your own client portfolio as well as further the teams market reachThe ideal candidate will have:* Fully qualified UK and/or European Trade Mark Attorney, or finals level* Ideally 2 years of relevant commercial experience in a legal firm, or an In-House legal team* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Ability to approach complex tasks and technologies and structure a precise plan of action followed by the ability to execute said plan* Ability to work under pressure* High level of detail and an analytical mindIf you would like to discuss this opportunity with a specialist to provide further information for you to consider, or to discuss the Attorney market in more general terms, pleaseapply the job online.
