QA Lead / Manager (Quality Assurance)£65-80k+10% bonusRemote First - Canary Wharf, London (You’ll be expected to be at commutable distance to Canary Wharf for occasional meetings long term) We’re partnered with a well backed London based Fintech disrupting the commodities markets. They’re building digital post-trade platform underpinned by Blockchain technology. The platform is already widely used and will digitise the global commodities trading industry.The Lead QA would be responsible for the overall direction and strategy of the QA department within the business. You would work across multiple feature teams and be responsible for the planning, management, recruitment and control of all related testing activities for a team of around 7-8 in size. The ideal candidate will have come from a hands on automation background with Selenium and Cucumber, been involved in the preparation of automation frameworks and test runs for cloud based Java environments. Theyd love to bring in a people person, comfortable managing a growing team. Youd have line management responsibilities and overall leadership for ensuring the platform is well tested, meets requirements and works as specified.They are a forward thinking technology company who follow best practices, have continuous delivery and deployment pipelines set up and are motivated to stay at the forefront of technology, (blockchain, AI, ML, DevOps). Any existing experience within the commodities trading industry would be a positive.Requirements- Experience leading or managing a QA function- Been in involved strategy and planning of a QA function- Good knowledge of test automation in Java environments (selenium, cucumber)Beneficial Experience- Recruitment and scaling of a QA function- Ability to represent QA at internal stakeholder meetings- Experience within Fintech or Commodities marketsIf you are interested in this role, please send us your CV to apply.
