QA Automation Engineer: London - Hybrid (1-2 days in the office) Our client one of the UKs biggest and long-standing licensing companies that grant licenses radio stations, TV broadcasters, digital media services, and music suppliers is looking for an QA/Quality Assurance Automation Engineer. As a QA/Quality Assurance AutomationEngineer, you will be required to utilise knowledge of test frameworks to ensure the systems are tested prior to release, as well as define acceptance criteria for tests. The level of the QA/Quality Assurance Automation Engineer is flexible, but SQL, Java,SDLC, Agile, AWS, and Git experience would be required. You as the QA/Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will also be expected to write UI/itegration/backend automation tests using Java, Cucumber BDD Frameworks and AWS SDK. As the QA/Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, you will be deeply involved in everyphase of the SDLC in an Agile/Waterfall environment. As the QA/Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, you will help with the creation of API checks, and writing/maintaining API tests using tools such as Postman. As the QA/Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, you will be involved with the initial analysis of the requirements, brainstorming scenarios, defining, implementing and executing manual and automated tests, debugging issues, reporting status and raising defects.Additionally, as the QA/Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, basic SQL skills and understanding of relational databases will be required. Requirements: * Min of 2-4 years of experience as a QA/Quality Assurance Automation Engineer * Work experience in the following: o Java o SQL and Relational databases o Scrum/Agile/Waterfall o AWS o Git/Bitbucket o Version Control Tools o BBD (Behaviour Driven Development) o Functional and Non-functional Testing: Test Frameworks/Test Approach/Test Pyramid Note.
