Are you a Python Developer or Python Skills Coach who gets a kick out of mentoring and coaching other peopleAre you looking for a change of pace, or perhaps a role where you can pass on your knowledge to people at the very start of their own careersIf yes, then we have a fantastic opportunity, where you will get to shape peoples future for the best.As the Python Skills Coach, it is important that you can relate to people of all ages (mainly 18-30 year olds) and that you understand the principles of learning / teaching others.This role is unable to provide sponsorship and all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.This role offers a combination of working from London & UK travel, with an element of homeworking. RESPONSIBILITIES As the Python Skills Coach you will be helping to shape the career and future of 18-30 year olds, using your own knowledge, skills, abilities and experience. You will be responsible for running apprenticeship / training programmes. SKILLS As the Python Coach your skills should include:- Background working as a Python Developer / Programmer- Be from a professional IT consulting background or worked for large corporate companies- Previously trained, mentored and coached junior team members EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Ideally, you will have experience at delivering training via various mediums; online, classroom / workshop environment and via one-to-one sessions. QUALIFICATIONS Python programming certifications are desirable. Required skills
