Are you interested or do you have experience in working in fashionMy client a luxury retail brand are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk/Accounts Assistant to join their friendlyteam for a period of 6 months.This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial information. The candidate will be responsible for the whole of the purchase ledger, from receiving and distributing invoices for approval to paying invoices and reconciling supplieraccounts.Salary 30KLocation E1Hours of work - flexible hours on offerDuties and Responsibilities: Reviewing and posting purchase invoices Circa 500 per month, ensuring all company controls have been followed.Follow up with invoice signatories for overdue invoices.Management of the purchase order system.Raising weekly & ad hoc payments in multiple currencies.Completing reconciliation and monthly reporting on the purchase ledger.Person:Excellent attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who builds positive relationships both with internal and external contacts.Ability to multi-task and work to deadlinesHigh levels of personal motivation, a positive attitudePrevious experience within a Purchase ledger function is essential.Experience with SAGE50Ability to combine challenges of working in a creative and spontaneous environment where each day is differentThis is a brilliant role working for a friendly and really interesting fashion company.
