Job Description

Job role: Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen within our finance team for a new Purchase Ledger Manager. You will join a vibrant and friendly finance function and will be tasked with leading a team of 6. You willlook after our Accounts Payable department and have responsibility for the smooth running of a team that processes c1500 invoices per month over 4 distinct legal entities.In this role you will also have responsibility for improvement of processes to increaseefficiency, month end reporting and the cleansing of historical ledger issues. You will also be expected to help nurture and develop your team over time.What do you need to be successful in this roleWe are looking for someone with extensive Accounts Payable/PurchaseLedger experience, as well as experience in leading a team. You will ideally be AAT qualified however we will happily consider candidates qualified by experience as well.You will have strong Microsoft Excel skills, as well as an ability to find and implementchanges within processes.
