Role OverviewThis role is a key part of the Financial Reporting team, responsible for overseeing critical external reporting obligations within the broader EMEA Finance division of TP ICAP in EMEA. This primarily involves handling Statutory and Regulatory reporting forall legal entities operating within the EMEA region. In addition to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements, this role will actively participate in a range of Finance-related projects and initiatives. It is a hands-on finance position ideally suited for a self-driven individualwith exceptional communication, organisational, and analytical skills. Efficient work execution while upholding high standards of quality and control is of utmost importance. This role will involve extensive collaboration with various key functions withinthe finance department. Role Responsibilities

  • Assist delivery of all BAU prudential regulatory reporting requirements under FCA, EBA NFA, CFTC, etc.
  • Involve in internal capital and resource monitoring incl. working closely with the Risk and Business to analyse and assess the Capital & Reporting impacts
  • Assist planning and delivery of annual statutory accounts for EMEA controlled entities
  • Build strong working relationships across wider EMEA Finance team, Group Finance and Company Secretarial team
Experience / CompetencesEssential
  • Part qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with experience in financial and regulatory control roles.
  • Experience in delivering new reporting requirements and process change.
  • U nderstanding of Regulatory Reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles, GAAP and IFRS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
Desired
  • Experience of Oracle Financials and Onestream preferred.
  • Personal organisation skills including multi-tasking, prioritisation and delivery.
  • Self-motivated, resilient and goal orientated - able to take responsibility and ownership.
  • Ability to identify problems, propose remedies and implement solutions.
  • Accurate deliverables without loss of clarity, timeliness or sight of the bigger picture.
