The jobholder will assist with the delivery of the ICAAP, Recovery Plan and Wind-Down Plan documents that form part of the Pillar 2 requirements for the consolidated Schroders Group. The team The Group Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for the production of all prudential regulatory material for the consolidated Schroders Group (CRR) and several solo UK regulated asset management firms (IFPR / CPM) and for production of associated internalreports. Within the wider Group Regulatory team, the Pillar 2 team is overall owner of almost all of the Group Pillar 2 documents, including the ICAAP, Recovery Plan and Wind-down plan, and will be responsible for the production of several ICARAs under the new FCA IFPRregime. The team is also responsible for production and submission of Pillar 1 prudential regulatory returns and Pillar 3 documents. What youll do The jobholder will: Assisting with the project management, delivery and analysis of the Groups ICAAP, Recovery Plan and Wind-Down Plan, including sourcing and analysing data from subject matter experts across Finance, Group Risk teams, and the wider business. The individualwill develop a broad understanding of Basel Pillar 2 capital methodologies. Responsible for the management of the Pillar 2 documentation timetable. Take on lead responsibility for the organisation, collation of papers and minute taking for the ICAAP steering committee. Preparation of meaningful management information for the Prudential Risk Steering Committee and Group Capital Committee. Production of quarterly recovery plan indicators. Provide assistance in the set up and delivery of the ICARA process and documentation for UK solo regulated entities. Key involvement of the future development of the Pillar 2 documentation process. Assist the team in the production of capital stress forecasting and stress testing. Keeping up to date with relevant regulatory changes and assisting in their interpretation for the Schroders business. Assisting the team with ad hoc initiatives. The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need Part or fully Qualified accountant and / or a regulatory professional with industry experience Finance or regulatory experience gained within industry is preferable (asset manager or bank) What youll be like strong attention to detail and an inquisitive mind; ability to work under own initiative; ability to manage projects and implement change; ability to develop close and effective working relationships and manage key stakeholders, and; strong written and oral communication skills.
