Our client, a respected & successful Estate Agent based in London, are looking for a Property Manager to oversee & maintain their residential portfolio, currently 120 units and growing. The successful candidate will be property savvy with a minimum 2 years experience within residential property management. Applicants must hold a full clean drivers licence and own a car. Duties to include: *Manage a portfolio of high end residential properties*Check-in and check-out inventory inspections*Deal with deposit release*Assist Accounts with the rent collection and allocation when needed*Liaise with Landlords to approve costs on work that needs to be carried out*Co-ordinate contractors to carry out necessary maintenance works*Process all bookings for EPCs*Manage Gas Certification Skills*Strong customer service*Strong IT skills*Able to multi-task & work under pressure*2 years minimum in residential property management This is an excellent opportunity to continue to build a career in property management whilst working with a friendly positive minded team.
