Property Manager - Block ManagementNorth London£45,000-£52,000Our client, a prestigious well-established property management company based in North London are recruiting for a Property Manager with block management experience to join their existing team. The successful Property Manager will have a proven track recordof managing a large residential property portfolio within London. Duties will include: * Managing a residential block property portfolio * Overseeing the day to day maintenance and contracted/cyclical maintenance* Project manage internal and external works* Dealing with tenants and leaseholder queries* Managing budgets* Ensuring that all buildings are in accordance with RICS code of practice* Circulating information to residents concerning management issues* Ensuring compliance with section 20 legislation* Reviewing property insuranceGreat opportunity for a Block Manager to work for an established property management company which offer good benefits and on-site parking.
