Property ManagerSalary from £34,000 plus comissionAs a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and overall success of our properties.   • Manage a portfolio of properties with a minimum of 2 years of property management experience, delivering outstanding service to clients
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of property maintenance, including knowledge of relevant legal requirements and compliance standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Utilize excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail and review quotes on behalf of clients
  • Negotiate deposit deductions in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding legal notices
  • Proficiently use property management software and tools
