With over 20,000 staff globally and offering agency and professional advice within Commercial, Residential and Rural sectorsAs Property Manager you will be responsible for pre-tenancy works, property inspections, pro-active and re-active reports for landlord and tenants. RESPONSIBILTIESTo carry out pre-tenancy works for a property portfolioTo attend to any items marked on check in reportTo facilitate property visits twice a year on each property and action findings accordinglyTo arrange all routine and emergency maintenance as neededTo co-ordinate and oversee any refurbishment projects where applicableTo pay all contractor and other invoices, ensuring funds are availableTo attend to any items marked on check out report and send dilapidation claim to landlordSend agreed dilapidations in schedule to tenant; carry out negotiations between both landlord & tenantLiaise with TDS where applicablePrint off daily/weekly error and warning reports for funds, work orders & inspectionsTo update systems with landlords instructions, and any additional clauses in the tenancy agreementEnd tenancy processUpdate diary for all property inspectionsArchive files/invoices as neededEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:2-3 years of experience in a similar roleTechnical skills requiredThe ideal candidate will be able to work well on their own and within a team.Strong communication skills
