Job Description

The JobAn exclusive opportunity awaits you to join this highly successful and established office in London. The office is seeking a proficient property portfolio manager with a real flair for luxury lettings. In addition to providing a platform for career progression,they also organise paid social events and company trips for top performers. The right candidate will need experience managing a residential portfolio of 100+ units, possess intricate knowledge of compliance, and have a proven track record in dealing with workorders and contractors. This position would be best suited for someone with excellent organisational and communicative skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in this role is a requirement, and qualifications such as ARLAwould be preferred.
