Property Manager North West London / Hybrid £40,000-£45,000 An excellent opportunity for a Property Manager in a prestigious well-established family run Property Management Company based in North West London, looking for an experienced Property Manager with residential experience to join their busy team. The successfulcandidate will work alongside the MD and will have a proven track record looking after a prestigious portfolio of residential properties. Duties & Responsibilities:* Working closing with the Managing Director * Overseeing the day-to-day property maintenance of the portfolio of 100 properties * Managing a high-end residential property portfolio* Liaising with tenants, and contractors* Organising and managing refurbishment works* Circulating information to residents concerning management issues* Handling property insurance details* section 20 notice as required. * Updating property files * Raising rental invoices and service charge invoicesRequirements:* experience in residential property management essential * ability to work on your own initiative. * strong team player * proactive * Strong IT skills* Excellent communication skills* Attention to details.
