Job Description

A leader in selling/letting luxurious homes across Prime Central London, the company is a leader in their field. Now offering an opportunity for a Property Manager to share a fantastic Prime/Super Prime portfolio.Working within the Property Management team, you will be the main point of contact for all property specific queries.As a Property Manager will receive £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The role will be based in Central London.Duties and responsibilities of the Property Manager:

  • Landlord and Tenant - Anti Money Laundering Checks through Veriphy
  • Ensure annual checks are in place for Right to Rent and expired IDs
  • Arranging compliance checks with suppliers and scheduling annual/renewal checks as required - EPC, EICR, Gas Safety, PAT
  • Arranging Inventory checks - in and out
  • Arranging pre tenancy and end of tenancy cleans
  • Proactively visiting managed properties prior to Tenant occupation to ensure we have full list of appliances and Serial numbers and familiar with all the systems in property and any services plans that should be in place
  • Setting up service plans for Managed properties where required - air con, AV, pumps etc
  • Establishing relationships with Tenants and Landlords of managed properties
  • Monitoring Lettings email account where tenants lodge management issues
  • Reporting back to Landlord with the feedback from the contractor and time scale and costs to resolve if relevant
  • Reporting to the Tenant with feedback from the contractor and time scale to resolve if relevant or confirming job completion - asking for Tenant confirmation on job completion prior to payment
  • Sending supplier invoices to accounts for payment
  • Costing up of damages on inventory report for Tenants and negotiating deposit deductions if required
  • Growing the management portfolio to liaise with the sales team to create a management pitch for any new buyers, creating a follow up system to keep in communication
