Job Description

Property Management Tech & IT - Demonstrator £50,000 to £60,000London/HybridCobalt is delighted to partner with a market leader in property management software. The Property Management Tech & IT - Demonstrator will create new, and nurture existing relationships with customers, resolve any issues, and provide software demonstrationsin person and on video calls. Youll be an excellent communicator whos able to determine your customer needs and apply your working knowledge of Real Estate property management software, and industry experience, to forge strong bonds.Key responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with key employees among customers
  • Create plans to address clients business needs
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
  • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet the
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers needs
Requirements:
  • Experience as a software demonstrator, client relations manager, or account manager, in Prop Tech software or working knowledge of either, MRI Horizon, Yardi, Manhattan, Propman, Re-leased, TRAMPS, BlueBox, o6ix, or Mojo
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Background in customer service, Prop Tech, or property accounts, would be a plus
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (customer satisfaction & engagement)
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent internal & external stakeholder management skills, and a great communicator
  • Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
