Job DescriptionWe are seeking to recruit a Property Management Officer to join the team in a very busy and demanding position with responsibility for a portfolio of temporary accommodation including casework management of the client and for housing management and repairs.You will be Responsible for the provision of a fully comprehensive housing management service to clients in directly managed temporary accommodation dispersed across and outside both councils. You will need to have skills and abilities to deal sensitively with homeless households and single vulnerable clients presenting to the Council as homeless.You should have excellent negotiation skills as well as experience in both managing temporary accommodation.
