Commencing Jan 2021, this property management administration position will be initially on a temporary basis but should be permanent within 3-6 months. Our client will only accept applications from candidates who have relevant experience in property management or facilities admin and who can start in January 2021. T he successful candidate will be someone with 1-3 years’ recent experience in property management admin or facilities admin, be pro-active, have worked largely unsupervised in their current property related role and be happy to commit to a long-term temp to perm position.This temp to perm property management administration position is with a lovely property company who run a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings in the West End of London. An office-based role, you will be a focal point in their busy property services department handling a large number of calls and emails initially from tenants regarding any property issues. Youll be dealing with contractors, keeping tenants informed of progress and chasing jobs down to ensure they are completed - all while logging the details on the property system - as well as liaising with property managers and surveyors where necessary. There could be some involvement with organising building works with customers, managing building schedules as well as arranging gas safety checks, electrical tests, fire risk assessments etc.You need an excellent customer service approach, relevant experience within the property world and be a team player with solid organisational skills including the ability to coordinate others, an eye for detail, a professional manner in chasing up missing information and all round general administrative skills. Recent property related experience is essential as is your ability to work with a variety of software products.
