Job Description

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE PERSONBLOCK MANAGEMENT COMPANY LONDON & GREATER LONDONEMPLOYED OR SELF EMPLOYEDCIRCA £30,000 BASIC + PACKAGEMulti Trades Property Maintenance Person sought for our client who is a leading and expanding Residential Block Management and Freehold services company specialising in properties in and around London.Due to their continued growth and success they are now recruiting for a Multi Trades Property Maintenance Person to cover London and surrounding.THE ROLE

  • As a Property Maintenance Person, you will be carrying out repairs and maintenance on residential blocks and buildings (Flats, apartments, houses etc.).
  • E.g. Painting, repairs, joinery, plastering, door repairs, jet washing, loose paving and paving repairs, leaks, minor plumbing, fence repairs, unblocking etc.
  • Electrical repairs ONLY IF QUALIFIED
  • Carry out safety checks and inspections
  • Ensure all paperwork and documentation correctly completed
  • Dealing with customers / clients face to face
  • Full Time role
  • Available as Employed OR Self Employed
  • Working in and around London, Greater London & M25
THE PERSON
  • The successful Property Maintenance Person MUST have similar experience
  • Experience of Multi trades, e.g. Building, Joinery, Plumbing etc.
  • Experience and Qualified Electrician desired but NOT ESSENTIAL
  • Ideally have own van and tools, however this can be supplied
  • Well-presented and courteous as this if a customer facing role
  • You MUST have a full driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
  • Able to working in London & Greater London
THE PACKAGE
  • Circa £30,000 basic salary (subject to experience and van/tool)
  • Salary paid weekly
  • Extra if qualified electrician e..g NIC, NVQ, 17th/18th Edition etc.
  • Employed OR Self Employed (Ideally self-employed)
  • Full Time role
  • Van & Tools supplied if you do not have them
