Job Description

An excellent Property Maintenance Personnel / All round Handyman role has just come up for an international prestigious consultancy client based in London. Our client a very fast growth business has been featured in numerous newspapers and recognised tobe at the forefront of this industry.The company has triped in size since Covid.Almost all of the properties will be within Zone 1.This team has grown to 3 personnel in 2 years, we are seeking another 2 personnel due to the increase in the number of properties purchased.A truly excellent role for a candidate wishing to join the company on a permanent basis.The CEO needs a right hand person to deal with all the general maintenance issues that go along with renting properties. The business is set to acquire a number of properties on a monthly basis over the next year.The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with mostly residential and some commercial properties
  • Co-ordinating and delivering on all planned maintenance and repairs within agreed
  • service levels
  • General boiler & radiator maintenance (they have a gas safe engineer already so no need to know the servicing aspect just basic water pressure etc)
  • Hanging Curtains/ pictures & frames
  • Repairing leaks, minor plumbing issues
  • Lock changing
  • Painting & decorating
  • Electrical work
  • Flooring
  • Plastering
  • Tiling
  • Gardening
  • General property maintenance duties
  • Working within the guidelines of health and safety legislation
  • Quality controlling all projects alongside the Property & Facilities Manager
  • Responding to requests for any repairs or maintenance in a timely manner
Key Skills Required:
  • Good all-round Handy person background, a bonus would be a Gas Safe certificate. You would have come from maintenance environment, builder with renovations experience etc, Multi tradesman
